COBB COUNTY, Ga. -- A second daycare worker has been arrested after police say a 2-year-old girl was left in a hot van.

Cobb County police said Clement Udotong is charged with trying to obstruct an investigation by allegedly trying to erase video surveillance.

Melinda Hamilton, the owner of Bright Achievers Pre-K Center in Austell, was arrested earlier this week.

Hamilton is accused of trying to cover up the incident. She's appealing a state order for a mandatory closing.

A judge is set to hear that appeal Monday afternoon.
